Educators Nominated for Sherry Hamilton, Educator of the Year 2026

Every year, GC-SAGE is incredibly proud to recognize educators in our gifted community who go above and beyond to support, challenge, and inspire our students. The Sherry Hamilton Memorial Award is named in honor of a beloved, deeply missed GCISD GT educator, and it celebrates those who embody her passion, dedication, and heart.

 

This year, we are thrilled to present our full list of outstanding candidates who continue to do amazing work for our gifted learners.

We will be reaching out to all of our nominees via email with specific details on the next steps. Nominated teachers can complete and submit their formal application using the Sherry Hamilton Award Teacher Application Form, due July 9, 2026.
